I first went to Alister three months ago with very sharp pains in my neck and shoulder area. After month of intensive treatment (2 x per week) I noticed several improvements which have continued since.
I have sports induced asthma and often take my peak flow measurement. This has improved by approximately 75-100 points since beginning treatment with Alister.
My neck and shoulders are now pain free most of the time. When they do get a little tight the stretches given to me by Alister give relief.
Most significantly I am now finding I need less sleep. For the last 20 years (or longer) I have slept a minimum of eight – ten hours a night, supported by an extra four to six hours each weekend whenever possible.
In the last six weeks, following the intensive treatment period with Alister I have noticed that I am not getting nearly as tired as I used to. I now manage with less sleep each night and usually don’t need extra sleep at the weekends. I find Alister very professional in his approach and plan to continue our six weekly maintenance sessions.
